Rates

• $135 for a 50 -minute session
• Variable rates for group counseling

Insurance:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama
• Cigna
• Aetna

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Additionally, some clients may have EAP (Employee Assistance programs which provide HSA/FSA to use for some appointments.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
